1 block frozen crabmeat
1/2 c stuffed olives with pimento, chopped
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 c chopped onion
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 c mayonnaise
1/3 c half and half or milk
Add milk or half and half to mayonnaise. Set aside. Let crabmeat thaw and break into chunks; add salt. Add olives, celery, onion, eggs, and mushrooms to crabmeat. Then pour mayonnaise mixture over it and stir. Place in greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
